Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT): We build IT hubs and R&D centers. We ramp up, manage, optimize processes, and hand over the full operation to the client while running. Our scope of activities comprises setting up the infrastructure, recruiting IT, running operations, legal support and other customized services per clients’ requirements and needs.
